RESEARCH INSTANCE / CONNECTION DETAILS TO FOLLOW

Explore DREAMLAND over SSH

Use an SSH terminal to explore a simulated environment and examine how its systems, artifacts, and history remain connected. Connection details will be published here.

Connection placeholder

The public hostname, port, and login instructions will be added here. The command below is a template, not a working endpoint.

ssh -t -p DEMO_PORT DEMO_USER@DEMO_HOST

SSH host: to be added
SSH port: to be added
Login instructions: to be added

The connection details will be added when the research instance is ready for public access.

Trouble with the lobby display?

If SSH connects but the initial lobby animation or colors do not display correctly, reconnect with the exact _simple suffix on your lobby username. For the standard dreamland login, use dreamland_simple:

ssh -t -p DEMO_PORT dreamland_simple@DEMO_HOST

Replace the host and port placeholders with the published demo details. Use the same password as for the normal login. The suffix is case-sensitive; append it only once.

This skips the animated introduction and disables lobby color, including the guidelines and world picker. The static banner and normal screen-clearing behavior remain; each simulation keeps its own login banner and output formatting.

Use this option for display problems after SSH connects. Connection timeouts, refused connections, or password errors require separate troubleshooting.

Starting an exploration session

The SSH lobby provides usage guidelines and a scenario picker. Choose a simulation to begin at its configured entry point. Starting a scenario creates an isolated session; leaving and selecting again starts from its saved baseline.

Use ordinary shell commands to discover the setting, inspect artifacts, and follow established service relationships. These are simulated environments. The session may generate further detail as you explore.

Read the simulation field notes for the premises and suggested lines of inquiry. They introduce the settings without providing a complete solution path.

Using the research instance

The terminal is designed around commands, finite output, and supported line-oriented interaction. Full-screen tools and indefinite streaming have limitations. Continuity, latency, and the depth of generated detail are active research topics.

SSH provides the user’s view of the environment. The separately authenticated DREAMLAND admin API and admin MCP interfaces support controlled experiments and diagnosis; they are distinct from the simulation login.

SESSION RECORDING

Watch an active session.

A terminal recording will follow an exploration through one of the worlds: entering commands, discovering details, and returning to established state.
